1. De-personalize the Space

Make sure to remove any family pictures, along with knick-knacks, and other personal belongings. All those beautiful things you put up on your fridge need to go, as well. It’s also a good idea to remove anything religious, as you never know who may be interested in buying your home.

2. De-Clutter

Of course, getting rid of clutter is smart, but it has to go beyond the magazines on the end table. In fact, that end table may need to go, if it’s not absolutely necessary.
