Village Builders has been building premium dream homes since 1973. It is a division of the Lennar Family. So not only are these luxury homes beautiful but it is by a builder you can trust.
Today, we feel it is essential to have technology at the tip of our fingers whenever wherever. These homes are designed to keep you connected and enhance your everyday life. Lennar’s Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Design is compatible with top brand electronics making your house a smart home. Some of those product brands include Amazon, Baldwin, Honeywell, Ring, and Samsung. Besides being connected to the internet, it can also provide an extra sense of security. You can protect your loved ones even when you are not home. Seeing who is at your front door, allow or block access to the home, setting the security system from any location are just a few key features.
Village Builders also offers the line of NextGen Homes. Essentially it provides a secondary living space within a house. With a bedroom, kitchenette, living space, bathroom, and usually a separate entry it provides togetherness with added privacy. Today many children are staying at home longer with their parents. Some are staying home to attend college, have graduated but remain to save money for their own house or maybe have just failed at leaving the nest. Likewise, families are opting to move the older generations into their homes. We will see a major increase of multiple generations living together with the aging of the baby boom era. With health care and the cost of living continuously on the rise, it makes sense the cohabitate reducing some of the financial strain. Studies have even shown that when elders spend time with the younger generation it has a positive emotional, cognitive and physical impact.
Depending on the location, homes in the Houston area start around the $300s – $700s. All new homes come with a standard home warranty.

We purchased a 4 bed 3 bath one story village Builder Home in Graystone hills in Conroe, Tx 77304. I do not remember the name of floorplan but is there anyway you would be able to tell me the name of the sherwin williams paint used for the trim? It is some form of tannish taupe. I need to paint and cannot match it. Would you happen to have the name I believe it was built in 2016. Thanks so much

Cheryl, try contacting Village Builders directly. They have an online chat and phone number listed on their website under contact us. Also, I hope not to be the bearer of bad news, but it’s likely you may not be able to color match. Abrasion, exposure to light, and other elements can cause paint colors to fade over time. So even if you get the same exact paint, there is a chance it will not blend into your existing. But if you just like the color and want a fresh coat then it shouldn’t be a problem.
