Evergreen is a community located in Conroe, Texas. The master-planned community spans 740 acres in Montgomery County. The neighborhood’s grand opening was held in April 2023. Evergreen is very new, but it is going to be thriving in no time!

The community is just off Highway 242, nestled between Interstate 45 and FM 1314, making it easily accessible. The first phase in the Evergreen Community will have 247 homesites available. Lot sizes will range from 40′ to a generous 70′ wide. Once the area is fully built out, there will be approximately 2,000 homes.

Dual credit courses, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and AP programs help prepare students beyond graduation. Campbell Elementary is an on-site campus that will open 2025-2026 school year. A variety of private schools are also available, including The Woodlands Christian Academy.
