The Woodlands is a highly rated city located North of Houston, TX. Primarily it resides in Montgomery County with sections falling into the Harris County District. It was established in 1974.

Many major corporations found The Woodlands attractive and established corporate campuses. The Woodlands is also home to five major hospitals Memorial Hermann The Woodlands, MD Anderson The Woodlands, CHI St. Lukes Health The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Childrens Hospital The Woodlands, and Houston Methodist The Woodlands. Which now acts as a medical hub for specializations and clinic programs. The medical industry accounts for almost a quarter of The Woodlands’ employers.
